Terms and Conditions
MW MARKETERS. Effective date: November 4, 2026.
These terms apply when you use mwmarketers.com or buy any service from MW MARKETERS ("MW Marketers", "we", "us"). By placing an order or sending us a project request you agree to them. If we sign a separate written agreement with you, that agreement wins wherever it differs from these terms.
1. Our services
- SEO audit. A one time review of your website with a written report. The price depends on the number of pages, as shown on the SEO audit page. We crawl up to 20,000 pages.
- Local SEO. A monthly package (Starter, Growth or Premium) with the work listed for that package on our Local SEO page.
- WordPress development. A fixed price project (Starter, Business or Premium) with the scope, revisions and exclusions listed on our WordPress development page.
Anything not listed in your package is not included. If you want more, we will quote it before we start.
2. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information and the access we need, such as logins, within a reasonable time.
- Make sure you have the right to authorize us to work on your website and accounts.
- Keep a backup of your website before we make changes. We do not accept responsibility for data that was not backed up.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars. We send an invoice through Zoho Invoice and you pay it through PayPal. For an SEO audit, payment is made before the audit starts. You are responsible for any bank, currency conversion or PayPal fees on your side, and for any taxes that apply to you.
4. SEO audit delivery
We aim to deliver your audit report within 24 hours after payment. The clock starts once we have your payment and everything we need to start. A person on our team reviews each report. The optional walkthrough (recorded video or live call) and a re-audit at half price are separate purchases. A delay caused by access problems or a site that blocks our crawler does not count against the 24 hours.
5. Local SEO and WordPress projects
Local SEO is billed monthly in advance, and the work starts once your first payment is received. WordPress development is paid in two parts: 50 percent in advance before we start, and the remaining 50 percent before your website launches. The number of revisions in a WordPress package is stated on the package. Extra revisions are quoted separately. The Premium WordPress package includes 60 days of free maintenance after launch.
6. Cancellations and refunds
- SEO audit: because the report is a digital product that we start working on straight away, it cannot be refunded once the audit has started. If we cannot deliver your audit, we refund you in full.
- Local SEO: you can cancel with 30 days written notice. The month you have already paid for is not refunded.
- WordPress development: the 50 percent advance covers work started. If you cancel after work has started, you pay for the work completed up to that point.
7. No guarantee of results
Search engines such as Google control their own rankings and change their rules often. We follow recognized good practice, but we cannot and do not guarantee any ranking, position, traffic, leads or revenue. Our reports and advice are professional opinions, not promises of a result.
8. Ownership and use of deliverables
After full payment, the reports and the website work we deliver to you are yours to use for your business. You may share a report with your own clients. We keep ownership of our tools, software, templates and methods, and you may not copy, resell or reverse engineer them.
9. Confidentiality
We keep your non public business information, such as site access and reports, confidential and use it only to do the work for you.
10. Acceptable use
You may not use the site or our tools to attack, overload or break into any website, to submit false or abusive requests, or to try to get around our security. We may refuse or stop service if you do.
11. Limits on our liability
The site and our services are provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit, lost data or lost business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service that gave rise to the claim in the 3 months before the claim.
12. Ending the relationship
Either of us may end an ongoing service as set out in section 6. We may end it immediately if you break these terms or do not pay.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States, and we ask that you contact us first so we can try to settle it.
14. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new effective date. Orders placed before a change are covered by the terms in force when you placed them. For questions, use our contact page.
